Both the driver and the passenger from Norfolk County were thrown from the motorcycle after the driver lost control. The pair were travelling west bound on Lakeshore Road in Selkirk.
HALDIMAND COUNTY - Two people are in hospital after losing control of their motorcycle on Lakeshore Road in Selkirk.
OPP were on the scene of the single vehicle crash Saturday around 1:20 p.m. and determined the motorcycle was travelling west bound on Lakeshore Road when the driver lost control causing the motorcycle to leave the roadway ejecting both the driver and passenger.
Paramedics took the 46 year old female passenger of the motorcycle to an out of town hospital with life threatening injuries, while the 48 year old male driver of the motorcycle was taken to local area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Both injured parties are from Norfolk County.
