WOODSTOCK - Pick you cliche for Saturday night at Southwood arena.
It's a do or die, all or nothing, winner take all game 7 for the Woodstock Navy Vets and the Paris Mounties. The Mounties beat Woodstock 5-3 last night in Paris, forcing a game 7. The Vets had a chance to win the game after taking a 2-0 lead in the 1st period on 2 goals by Eric Tuori.
The Mounties came storming back in the 2nd period, scoring three straight to take the lead. Reid Campbell tied it up for the Navy Vets midway through the period. Paris took the lead thanks to a short handed goal from Kyle Brezinski, which proved to be the game winner.
This is the 4th Game 7 the Navy Vets have played in since 2000, and the 1st at the Southwood arena. The puck drops at 7:45 pm on Saturday night.
