The man accused of abducting and murdering Tori Stafford is going to be facing a third charge in the case: sexual assault causing bodily harm. That charge has been filed at the start of pre-trial discussions of 31-year-old Michael Rafferty. Blair Wilson is covering Day 2 of pre-trial motions at the London Courthouse today and says the scene is "a far cry" from Day 1. Throngs of national media have seemingly moved on, while only a handful of local media are present for today's continuation of pre-trial motions. The discussions are subject to a publication ban, and are aimed at setting up the trial, which will begin in March.
