TILLSONBURG - The Town of Tillsonburg is implementing a new phone system.
The new system is said to improve customer service and reduce costs. It will take effect on Wednesday September 25th. Residents should not that extension numbers for all employees will be changing. To reach specific individuals, you will have the option of using the company directory, transferring to a department or dialing 0 to reach a customer service representative.
By moving to this new system, the Town of Tillsonburg will be reducing capital and operating costs as well as improving efficiency through increased connectivity to the County of Oxford. Staff are asking everyone for patience and understanding as they transition to the new system.
