BRANT COUNTY - Brant County is hosting their 6th Annual 2020 Sports Hall of Fame.
They are asking their residents to nominate local athletes, who will be honored throughout four ceremonies.
The Sports Hall of Fame's goal is to recognize individuals and team achievements and foster civic pride by recognizing the accomplishments of local athletes, teams, and builders. It also helps create public awareness of health and well-being by highlighting the local athletes.
Residents may nominate local athletes, those have roots in the sporting community or an athlete or team representing Brant.
The ceremonies will be held in Brant Oakland, Brant West, Paris and South Dumfries. The deadline will be on November 30th.
