An officer was assaulted while trying to arrest a man who was spotted walking around a public area in the buff.
BURFORD - One man's trek au naturel at a trailer park has resulted in charges.
The Brant OPP were called out to the Crestwood Lake Trailer Park near Burford on Sunday after concerns about a man walking around naked in a public area.
When officers attempted to arrest the man, the man assault one of the officers.
58 year old Charles Haviland of Brant County has been charged with two counts of an Indecent Act in a Public Place, Assault with Intent to Resist Arrest, and Mischief to Property.
