INNERKIP - A six year member of the Oxford OPP has been charged after a minor crash in Innerkip.
Police say the officer was reversing her cruiser out of a private drive onto Blandford Street when she struck a parked vehicle parked on the other side of the roadway. Nobody was injured and there was minor damage to both vehicles. The owner of the parked car was notified of the incident. After investigating police charged a 46 year old woman who is a Provincial Constable with the Oxford OPP with start from a stopped position not in safety, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
