No charges have been laid after the Oxford OPP responded to a family dispute in the Lakeside and Harrington area of Zorra Township last night.
ZORRA TOWNSHIP - There was a heavy police presence in Zorra Township, while the Oxford OPP responded to a family dispute in the Lakeside and Harrington area.
Media Relations Officer Patti Cote says an individual was behaving erratically but officers were able to mediate the situation peacefully and no charges have been laid at this time.
A post on the OPP West Region Twitter page advised people about some road closures in the area at around midnight last night but also stated there was no threat to public safety. The area reopened about an hour later.
