Victim hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
One person is facing assault charges following an incident in Perth County.
Just after 7:00 a.m. on October 10th, OPP were called to an incident in the Shakespeare area in the Township of Perth East.
The victim was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
As a result, 24 year old David Kunzle of South Huron was been charged with assault causing bodily harm, and failing to comply with a probation order.
The accused has been released from custody, and a court date has been set.
