If you need to call a safe ride home, you'd better make sure the driver is qualified to pick you up.
WOODSTOCK - One traffic stop resulted in charges for two drivers in the Friendly City.
Woodstock Police performed a traffic stop on Juliana Drive yesterday morning around 2:45 a.m. The 35 year old driver was given a 3 day suspension for driving while intoxicated.
The driver had a passenger with him at the time, but the passenger couldn't take the wheel because his licence was suspended for unpaid fines.
The pair called a friend to pick them up.
When the friend arrived, police discovered his licence was also suspended for unpaid fines. The 33 year old now has a date with a judge in April.
