SWPH says three non-fatal poisonings have happened in the past 24 hours and they could be connected to a toxic form of fentanyl that's red or beige.
OXFORD COUNTY - Southwestern Public Health has issued an opioid advisory after three non-fatal poisonings in Oxford County.
Officials say they all happened in the last 24 hours and they're believed to be connected to a very toxic fentanyl that's red or beige in colour.
The health unit would also like to stress that fentanyl of any colour could be toxic.
If someone you know is experiencing an overdose, you should call 911, administer naloxone, and wait with them until the paramedics arrive.
