Police say a passenger was ejected from a moving vehicle and subsequently struck on Lisgar Ave at around 8:00 p.m. last night.
UPDATE: The deceased has been identified as 26 year old Wyatt Chambers.
Police have charged the driver of the vehicle, 24 year old Kyle Cuthburt of Langton with Dangerous operation causing death, impaired driving causing death and impaired operation- blood alcohol concentration 80 plus.

TILLSONBURG - Police were called back out to Lisgar Ave in Tillsonburg, after a fatal collision.
The Oxford OPP responded to the crash at around 8:00 p.m. last night. Officers say a passenger was ejected from a moving vehicle and struck afterwards.
The driver left the scene, but they did return later and they are now in custody.
No further details have been released at this time.
This comes after emergency crews responded to an apartment building fire on Lisgar Ave yesterday morning. Eighteen residents were rescued and no serious injuries were reported. You can read more about that online here.
