Last week, Woodstonian's purchased a whopping 57,000 SMILE cookies to support VON Oxford and the local United Way. Over in Thamesford they purchased 9,632 SMILE Cookies with the funds going to Andrew's Legacy.
WOODSTOCK/THAMESFORD - One thing we can say for certain is that the residents of Oxford County sure ate a lot of SMILE cookies last week.
In Woodstock alone at all of the Tim's locations, 57,000 SMILE cookies were purchased. That means that $57,000 will be split evenly and donated to VON Sakura House and United Way Oxford.
Over in Thamesford, they sure like their SMILE cookies as well. The small community purchased 9,632 Smile cookies. That means the local Tim's will donate $9,632 to Andrew's Legacy. That money will be used to purchase life saving AED's in our community.
