The Brant County OPP responded to a collision and have charged a Mount Elgin man with impaired driving-related charges.
BRANT COUNTY - A Mount Elgin man is in trouble with Brant OPP.
Officers responded yesterday at 4:40 p.m. to a collision on the 403 at King George Road. The police say no injuries were sustained from the collision, but a 27-year-old from Mount Elgin was taken into custody and charged. He is facing one count of operation while impaired by alcohol and drugs, and operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration over 80. There was also a 90-day licence suspension and a 7-day vehicle impoundment.
He is going to be in a Brantford Courtroom on December 19th.
