Oxford OPP Briefs

Briefs include a break and enter in Zorra Township, a stolen bicycle in Ingersoll, several tools stolen in Blandford-Blenheim and a break and enter in Ingersoll.

ZORRA TOWNSHIP -  Oxford County OPP investigated a break and enter at a home on Kincardine Street in Zorra Township.

Police say the unknown suspects broke into a home between 8:00 a.m. and 2:45 p.m.,  Once inside, unknowns stole a quantity of prescription medication along with a large quantity of money and a small Google home mini speaker.

OPP are continuing to investigate and are asking for the public's help.

INGERSOLL  - Oxford County OPP are urging the public to keep their garages locked after a bicycle was stolen from home on Royland Crescent in Ingersoll.

Police say between the hours of 11:15pm on September 14th and 2:00pm on September 15, unknown suspects went to the property and broke into a locked garage. Once inside, they stole a white, GT Avalanche Sport, 18-speed mountain bike.

The bicycle had a water bottle holder, a bell along with a canvass bag attached to the handlebars. The theft is estimated at approximately $450.

BLANDFORD-BLENHEIM - Oxford County OPP are investigating a break and enter after several tools were stolen from a home on Township Road 8 in Blandford-Blenheim. 

The unknown suspects went to the home and broke into a parked tractor trailer. Once they got inside, they stole a Miller Miget gun and arc welder and a Lincoln S Synevo Wave 250 Tig welder. The theft is valued at approximately $9,000.

OPP are continuing to investigate and are looking for help from the public with this investigation.

INGERSOLL - Oxford County are investigating a break and enter after multiple items were stolen from a home on Hollingshead Road in Ingersoll.

Police say the unknown suspects got went to the home and broke into the trailer on the property. Once inside, they stole a laptop computer, bluetooth radio and a Dewalt nailer. The theft is estimated at approximately $1,500.

The investigation is ongoing and OPP are looking for help from the public with this investigation.
