A 37-year-old Windsor man travelling westbound on the 401 was charged with impaired driving on Christmas Eve.
OXFORD COUNTY - A 37-year-old man from Windsor did not have a Merry Christmas.
Police received a call about a suspected impaired driver before midnight on December 24th. OPP were able to locate the vehicle traveling westbound on the 401 in South West Oxford Township.
The driver is now facing charges that include: Operation While Impaired, and Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration 80 plus. He will appear in a London courtroom in February.
The OPP reminds motorists if you suspect someone is impaired to call 911.
