Oxford OPP will be out in full force patrolling the roads this long weekend. Already they have charged a 24 year old man from Norwich Township with stunt driving.
NORWICH TOWNSHIP - Oxford OPP will out this long weekend targeting the Big Four contributors to deaths and collisions on our highways.
They are speeding, impaired driving, distracted driving and not wearing a seatbelt.
Earlier today OPP charged a 24 year old man from Norwich Township after catching him doing over 120 km/h in a posted 50 km/h zone. The man was charged with stunt driving and his licence was suspended for 7 days and his vehicle was towed away from the scene.
OPP are reminding the public that driving is a privilege, not a right.
