A pickup truck hit a pedestrian in the hamlet of Poole yesterday evening and they later died in hospital.
UPDATE: The deceased has been identified as 67 year old Mary Jantzi of Perth East.
Jantzi was walking on Perth Road 121 last night around 6:30 in the hamlet of Poole when she was hit by a southbound pickup truck. Any person with information regarding this collision should immediately contact Perth County OPP at 1-888-310-1122.

PERTH COUNTY - A pedestrian has died after they were hit by a pickup truck in Perth County.
Police were called out to Road 121 in the hamlet of Poole shortly after 6:30 p.m. yesterday.
The pedestrian was taken to a local hospital before they died. Their identity has not been released at this time, pending notification of next of kin.
