OPP are looking for 35 year old Justin Skinner of Perth to confirm his well-being.

PERTH COUNTY- OPP are asking for the public's assistance in locating a man from Perth County.
Missing is 35 year old Justin Skinner. he was last seen by family members on November 5th at his residence.
SKINNER is a white male, approximately 5'8", has short dark curly hair and wears glasses, he may be wearing a grey puffy jacket and blue plaid pyjama pants.
Police believe he may be driving a 2011 black Nissan Versa vehicle.
If you spot Skinner, police are urging you to contact authorities at 1-888-310-1122 so they can confirm his well-being.
