The Navy Vets and Trojans both celebrated wins over the weekend.
PJHL - The Woodstock Navy Vets are just one win away from advancing to the Doherty Division final.
They celebrated two wins over the Merchants over the weekend. The Vets beat the Merchants 2-1 on Friday, with Tyler Bouck finishing the night with 46 saves. Nolan Brett and Tyler Smeda also scored late third period to secure yesterday's 4-2 win.
Game 4 of the best-of-seven series will be happening this Wednesday night at Nor-Del Arena, with an 8:30 p.m. start time.
Meanwhile, in the Yeck Division, the Thamesford Trojans also had a good weekend. They doubled the Exeter Hawks 2-1 on Friday and 4-2 on Saturday.
Thamesford is now leading the series 2-0 and Game 3 is scheduled for Wednesday night at the South Huron Arena.
