Police Looking For Federal Offender

51-year-old Kenneth Froude is known to visit areas like Kingston, London and the GTA.

TORONTO - The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E) Squad is asking for the public's help in finding a federal offender who has a Canada Wide Warrant after they breached their long term supervision order.

The offender's name is Kenneth Froude and he stands 5'11 weighing 152 lbs with brown eyes and greying hair.

Foude is bound currently by a long term supervision order, which resulted in him serving a two year and six month sentence for a break and enter, sexual assault and sexual assault with a weapon.

He is known to frequent Kingston, London, Iroquois Falls, Timmins, the GTA and other areas of Ontario.
