Citizens are reporting power outages in Norwich Township.
NORWICH - Erie Thames Power Lines are working to restore power to citizens in Norwich. Early this morning citizens were reporting power outages on one of the coldest days this year. While crews are out working, power restoration is spotty. Some citizens have reported power being restored while others say their's has just gone out.
