The COVID-19 pandemic has put significant strain on the stock of protective supplies at the Woodstock Hospital. They are asking individuals and businesses to help with donations.
WOODSTOCK - Like many health care facilities across Canada, The Woodstock Hospital could run short of supplies during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Woodstock Hospital is hoping the community will donate any of the following;
- Unopened boxes of N95 masks
- Latex free gloves – unopened packages
- Face masks of any description – they don’t need to be in boxes but should be still in the plastic
- Face shields
- Goggles
- Hand sanitizer
To ensure the proper precautions for social distancing are practiced, the public is asked to contact Mark Weir, the hospital’s Director of Strategic Planning and Community Engagement.
Weir is facilitating donations of all donated medical supplies. He can be contacted by phone is 519-421-4211 x 2243 or by email mweir@wgh.on.ca
