We currently have 965 active cases of COVID-19 in Ontario. The Province also made a correction from yesterdays number after reporting 4 new deaths when it should have been 3.
ONTARIO - The Province of Ontario has confirmed 102 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, bringing the total number of cases in the Province to 40,972.
The Province did not report any new COVID-19 related deaths today and corrected a death report from yesterday so the total now sits at 2,788, after the total was reported as 2,789. Meanwhile another 89 people have made a full recovery, bringing the total number of resolved cases to 37,215.
We currently have 42 COVID-19 patients in the hospital and 15 are in the ICU. Right now the Province has 965 active cases and most of them are in Toronto, Peel, Ottawa, Southwestern Public Health Region and Windsor/Essex. The Province completed 25,642 tests yesterday.
