The Province of Ontario set a new record for single day cases for the second day in a row and it is the 6th day in a row, they are reporting over 1,000 new cases of COVID-19.
ONTARIO - The Province of Ontario set a new record for single day cases again today and it is the 6th day in a row, they are reporting over 1,000 new cases of COVID-19.
Today, Ontario confirmed 1,426 new cases of the virus, bringing the total number of cases in the Province to 88,209.
Ontario also reported 15 new deaths related to COVID-19 today and the total now sits at 3,275. Meanwhile another 886 people have made a full recovery, bringing the total number of resolved cases to 74,303.
The province completed 36,707 tests yesterday. We currently have 424 COVID-19 patients in the hospital and 88 are in the ICU.
