The Province of Ontario has confirmed another 494 cases of COVID-19 this morning bringing the total to 8,447. The number of people who have recovered has also gone up significantly and sits at 3,902.
ONTARIO - The Province of Ontario has confirmed 494 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, bringing the total of active cases in the Province to 8.447.
The Province also confirmed another 51 deaths related to the virus, bringing the total to 385. On a positive note, 3,902 people have fully recovered from COVID-19.
We currently have 795 COVID-19 patients in the hospital, 255 are in the ICU and 188 are in the ICU on a ventilator.
