Rain and warmer temperatures in the forecast on Sunday is expected to produce some minor runoff. The UTRCA does not anticipate any major flooding at this time. e.
Residents are reminded to use extreme caution near all rivers, streams, ditches, ponds, and flood control reservoirs, and to keep children and pets away. Streambanks are slippery, the water is very cold, and ice may be unstable.
