The affected products could be contaminated with E. coli.
UPDATE 2 (January 26th, 2026 @ 7:30 a.m.) - The CFIA has expanded the recall to include more Pizza Pops products.
It now includes three-cheese, pepperoni, pepperoni and bacon, deluxe and three-meat in various packaging.
General Mills is working with retailers to remove the affected products from store shelves. Consumers are being advised to throw the products out or return them for a refund.

UPDATE (December 23rd @ 5:30 a.m.) - The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) says 20 people across five provinces have become ill as a result of this outbreak, and four of them have been hospitalized.
Their ages range from one to 87 and they're from Ontario, New Brunswick, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia.

CANADA - A recall has been issued for several Pillsbury Pizza Pops snacks.
It's for the Pizza Pops pepperoni and bacon pizza snacks, Pizza Pops Supremo Extreme pepperoni and bacon snacks, and Pizza Pops Frank's RedHot Pepperoni and Bacon snacks. The affected products come in different sizes and they all have best-before dates of June 2026.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) says the affected products could be contaminated with E.coli.
General Mills says the recall was voluntary and stresses that no other Pillsbury Pizza Pops products are affected.
