The Oxford OPP laid 183 charges during Road Safety Week.
OXFORD COUNTY - There were over 180 charges laid in Oxford County during Road Safety Week.
Seventy of them were for speeding and 11 were for impaired driving. Four of the charges were also seatbelt-related, two were for stunt driving, and the remaining 96 were for other infractions.
Road Safety Week kicked off on June 21st and ended on Canada Day.
Oxford OPP is reminding motorists that everyone is responsible for safe roads, and following the rules goes a long way to ensure Oxford County stays safe.
