Two men brandishing weapons robbed the T&J Variety store in Monkton on Tuesday night.
Perth County OPP are searching for two men after a robbery in Monkton.
Police say the men were carrying weapons when they robbed the T&J Variety on Winstanely Street last night just after 7 p.m. They ran off with cash, lottery tickets, cigarettes and were last spotted heading southbound.
The first man is described as between 5'5 and 5'9 with a slim build, dressed in black with a Puma hooded sweatshirt with bright yellow lining inside the hood and yellow accents along the zippers.
The second suspect is between 5'10 and 6' tall with a solid build, wearing a grey hooded sweater, blue jeans and an analog watch with a white face and hands.
The West Region OPP Emergency Response Team, Canine and Forensic Identification Unit have been called in to assist with the investigation.
