The list of charges includes operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration over 80, having liquor readily available, and speeding 144 kilometres per hour in a 100 zone.

SWOX - A Sarnia man is facing a list of charges after he was pulled over on Highway 401 in South-West Oxford.

The 33-year-old was stopped at around 9:30 p.m. on Monday. The OPP officers administered a breathalyzer test, which he failed, so he was taken to the detachment for further testing.

The man has since been charged with operation while impaired, operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration over 80, being an adult novice driver with a blood alcohol level over zero, going 144 kilometres per hour in a 100 zone, driving with liquor readily available, driving with an open container of liquor, and driving with cannabis in an open package.
