Woodstock will be getting another drive-thru banking machine. This comes after council approved a motion to amend the existing zoning to allow Scotiabank to expand at Springbank and Devonshire Avenues. Based on the proposal, the bank will also be relocated to a new, free standing building which will free up their existing space for one or two retail outlets. While the creation of the new building would eliminate 19 parking spaces from the lot, Mayor Sobeski says there would still be 221 spaces left in the lot.
