Police say the arrests were made after a break and enter to multiple businesses last September on Rest Acres Road in Brant County.
Brant County OPP have arrested three people after a number of recent commercial break and enters.
The arrests were made after a search warrant was executed at a home in Norwich Township earlier this week.
26 year old Kyle Joseph Elward of Brantford was arrested on the following charges:
- Conspiracy to Commit Indictable Offence,
- Break, Enter a place - commit indictable offence (four counts),
- Possession Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 - in Canada,
- Obstruct Peace Officer and
- Failure to comply with release order - other than to attend court.
31 year old Nicholas Ryan Gaeta and 31 year old Natasha Alishia Marie Mac Adam, both of Norwich Township were also arrested on the following charges:
- Conspiracy to Commit Indictable Offence,
- Break, Enter a place - commit indictable offence (four counts) and
- Possession Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 - in Canada
