Just when it seemed like the surviving Boston bombing suspect had slipped a massive dragnet, there came success. Police caught a break last night when a homeowner noticed a bloodstain on a boat in his backyard. Under the tarp was wounded 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who engaged in still another shootout with police before he was captured and hospitalized. He's in serious condition. His brother was killed in a shootout earlier this week. Two bombs at the Boston Marathon finish line killed three people and wounded at least 170 others.
