A 79 year old driver was arrested in the Town of Ingersoll late last night on charges of impaired driving.
INGERSOLL - A senior from Ingersoll has been been charged with impaired driver.
Police arrested the 79 year old on Monday night, just before 11:00 pm on Bell Street. Officers were responding to a tip about a possible impaired driver.
Police arrested the driver, who is facing the following charges.
- Operation while Impaired - alcohol and drugs
- Operation while Impaired - blood alcohol (80 plus)
