SWPH is ready to reschedule second dose appointments for seniors this Monday at 8:00 am.
Seniors 80 and over can start booking second doses through the Southwestern Public Health Unit on Monday morning at 8:00 am.
The doses must be a minimum of 28 days apart. Anyone born in 1941 or earlier can reschedule your second dose through the following options:
- Online at www.covidvaccineLM.ca.
- You can also call Southwestern Public Health’s Response Centre at 1-800-922-0096 ext. 9 for a staff member to reschedule their appointment. The Response Centre is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Meanwhile the Tillsonburg Clinic will be administering the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine for the next two weeks. This means anyone 12+ can book their first dose in Tillsonburg, and for earlier second doses for those aged 80+. They normally administer Moderna in Tillsonburg.
