The Small Business Centre, serving Oxford County has started a new campaign called Oxford Engage. Manager Ramona Gallagher says they are always trying to find new ways to help promote their clients.
WOODSTOCK - The Small Business Centre is always looking for new ways to highlight small businesses in Oxford County.
With this in mind they have started Oxford Engage at their downtown Woodstock location. Manager Ramona Gallagher says they have set up a display at their office, showcasing local products, samples and menus.
"So we started reaching out to our clients last week, asking if they would interested in participating and we now have over 60 businesses in Oxford County that have brought their materials, marketing materials, different examples of what it is that they have done and we still have a whole bunch of other businesses who want to participate. We have extended the wall, so that we can continue to keep this growing on an ongoing basis.
Gallagher says they are always looking for new ways to help promote their clients.
"So the first one that we came up with was having a display wall in the Centre, where people could bring out their materials, samples of what it is that they do so that when people come out to the Centre, they could see the depth and breadth of the Centre first hand."
Gallagher says they have hundreds of people visit their office every month and people are drawn to the Oxford Engage exhibit.
