The Special Investigations Unit is investigating after a three vehicle crash caused injuries on the 401 in Oxford County.
SOUTH-WEST OXFORD TOWNSHIP - The SUI has been brought into investigate a three vehicle crash on the 401 in Oxford County.
The crash happened after the OPP tried to pull over a speeder on the 401 East of County Road 6. According to police the traffic stop resulted in a three vehicle collision with injuries. A 19 year old woman from Markham has been charged with race a vehicle and start from a stopped position as a result of the crash.
The SIU has been called into investigate because they are called in any time their is an arrest made and injuries are involved. As the matter is now before the courts and as a result of the ongoing SIU investigation, the OPP will offer no further comment on the HTA charges.
