The Health Unit is reporting 17 new cases of COVID-19 today and 14 recoveries, meaning we have 78 active cases right now with 33 in Woodstock.
OXFORD/ST.THOMAS/ELGIN - Southwestern Public Health confirmed 17 new cases of COVID-19 today and 14 recoveries.
This means we now have 78 ongoing cases within the health unit and you can find the complete break down below;

Norwich Township - 1
South-West Oxford - 1
St. Thomas - 13
Central Elgin - 9
Aylmer - 2
Bayham - 1
Dutton-Dunwich - 1
Three people are currently being treated for the virus at the hospital with one in the ICU.
Only one active outbreak remains in effect at this time; the Arches Transitional Bed Program in Woodstock. It was first declared last Tuesday and only one staff member has tested positive since then. Southwestern Public Health has screened 47 people for a variant of concern, of those cases, 21 are still active.
