Southwestern Public Health confirmed three new cases in Elgin and St. Thomas and one new case in Oxford County today. Elgin and St.Thomas now has 14 cases overall and there are two cases in Oxford County.
OXFORD/ELGIN/ST.THOMAS - Southwestern Public Health confirmed three cases overall in Elgin and St.Thomas and one new case in Oxford County.
As a result, there are 17 cases in total across both regions, however it is not clear where one of the new cases is listed. Oxford County has two cases overall with both of them in Tillsonburg.
There have been three institutional outbreaks since the pandemic began and all of them have been resolved.
To date, the health unit has had 104 cumulative cases with 82 of them resolved and five deaths. There have been 14,469 tests completed so far receiving 14,165 and 14,061 have come back negative.
