Police say the vehicle was going in excess of 260 kilometres per hour on Highway 403.
OXFORD - Charges have been laid after the Oxford OPP received an online report about a dangerous driver on Highway 403.
It was submitted on Friday and after investigating the matter, police determined that the vehicle was going over 260 kilometres per hour in the eastbound lanes in Oxford and Brant. This is significantly higher than the speed limit of 100 kilometres per hour.
A 20-year-old from Mississauga is facing one count of dangerous driving. They're scheduled to appear in a Woodstock courtroom this July.
