Applications for the community sustainability support grant are open until May 15th.
OXFORD COUNTY - Applications for the Future Oxford Legacy Fund are now open for spring intake.
First started by Community Futures Oxford in 2016, the program offers grants to not-for-profits to help fund sustainability initiatives in the county. Since then, they have provided $39,163 in grants to local organizations.
They also helped to create and maintain 203 jobs in the county.
Applications for the community sustainability support grant are open until May 15th.
When applying, applicants must provide a sustainable business model that improves on the environment, economy, and community goals of Oxford County.
Community Futures Oxford also offers a loan program called the Access to Capital loan that local businesses can apply for under the same criteria. Applications for this loan are open year-round.
