Woodstock Police have issued an arrest warrant for a 34 year old man from Woodstock after a stabbing on Wednesday night.
WOODSTOCK - Woodstock Police have issued an arrest warrant for a 34 year old man from Woodstock after a stabbing on Wednesday night.
Police say the assault happened at a home near Dundas Street and Huron Street around 8:30 p.m. Woodstock Police and EMS attended the scene and found a man with facial and lower body injuries. The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment. We have gotten word from the victim's family that he is recovering and is doing "fine".
The arrest warrant is for Zackery Ziegler of Woodstock for the following charges:
- Assault Causing Bodily Harm
- Assault With a Weapon
- Assault
- Breach of Probation
Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Zachery Ziegler are asked to not approach the male but to contact Woodstock Police Service at 519-537-2323.
