Briefs include four crashes, 12 more complaints about the CRA scam and a man charged with drug trafficking.
STRATFORD - Stratford Police dealt with four collisions in the city yesterday during the snow storm.
Only minor injuries were reported. One of the collisions at John and Huron Street caused about $6,000 in damage.
Also in Stratford police received 12 more complaints about the Canada Revenue Agency Scam. Residents are still getting calls from a scammer pretending to work for the CRA. They will tell you that you owe the government money and a warrant is out for your arrest. Police are reminding everyone if you get a call like this to simply hang up.
And a 27 year old man from Mitchell was arrested yesterday with possession of Meth. He was also charged with Possession for the purpose of trafficking.
