It is a weekend full of music, events, and shopping for residents. Street Fest returns to Dundas Street.
WOODSTOCK - The Downtown Woodstock BIA is hosting Street Fest.
Dundas Street from Van Ave to Beale Street will be closed off for the next three days, as many activities will be taking place for all to enjoy. Operations Manager, Duane Kumala-Thomas says the stores in the downtown core will have the opportunity to see lots of traffic.
"This is their opportunity to come out and just be there, and people just walk down. It's a great look, it's a great landscape change to downtown Woodstock."
He adds the entertainment began at 11 a.m., and musical acts are on the stages until 9:30 p.m. tonight. Other activities that will be taking place throughout the weekend include a kids zone, inflatable games, a vendor zone, and much more.
You can visit the Downtown Woodstock BIA website for a list of musical acts and activities.
