The strike was short lived for 285 workers at Johnson Controls in Tillsonburg. The strike began Sunday night, but a deal was ratified Monday morning. The afternoon shift reported for duty yesterday, meaning only two shifts of production were lost. The workers made some concessions with the threat of a plant closure hanging over their heads. The plant makes seats, headrests, and other automotive trim.
