Police have closed the case on the suspicious Santa in Delhi.
UPDATE: The investigation into this incident revealed that the person dressed as Santa Claus was in the process of taking various pictures by a professional photographer and was waving and saying "Ho, Ho, Ho, Merry Christmas". Upon hearing about the suspicious male dressed as Santa Claus, they immediately contacted police.
NORFOLK COUNTY - Police are urging parents to have the stranger danger talk with their kids, after Norfolk OPP received calls about a suspicious man dressed up as Santa.
The man attempted to speak to several children, waving them over to him while they were tobogganing at Centennial Park in Delhi on Saturday.
The man was seen leaving in a white SUV.
Officers did a search of the area, but didn't locate the man.
The OPP urges everyone to report any suspicious Santas in the area.
