Oxford OPP are asking for surveillance footage and public help after an assault in Ingersoll.
INGERSOLL - Police are asking for public help following an assault in Ingersoll
The incident occurred on Saturday March 9, at around 8:15 p.m., when police were called to the area of Alma Street and George Street.
Oxford OPP say an individual suffered minor injuries after being attacked by three unknown suspects, all wearing dark clothing and masks.
Police say the attack was targeted, with there being no known threat to public safety.
A green four door Volkswagen was seen in and around the area at the time of the assault, with police now asking for public assistance in locating the suspects.
Police are asking that any homeowners in the area that have video surveillance, or anyone who may have been in that area and saw anything to please contact Oxford OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or *677 via cell phone.
