Team Duncan will be competing in the Boost National Grand Slam in Chestermere, Alberta next month.
WOODSTOCK - Team Duncan has secured a spot in The Pinty's Grand Slam of Curling: Boost National.
The team includes Rachelle Strybosch, who is an active member of the Woodstock Curling Club. It also includes skip Hollie Duncan, Megan Balsdon and Tess Bobbie.
Team Duncan won the Stu Sells Oakville Tankard last month, beating Canadian curling legend Jennifer Jones. They also made it to the semifinals in the KW Fall Classic a few weeks ago.
Team Duncan has only lost four games so far this season. They're currently ranked 18th in the world and 3rd in Canada.
They will be completing in the Stu Sells Toronto Tankard over the Thanksgiving long weekend and the Olympic Pre-Trials in Nova Scotia from October 25th to October 31st.
The Boost National Grand Slam will be taking place from November 2nd to November 7th in Chestermere, Alberta and you will be able to watch it on Sportsnet.
