An 18-year-old boy succumbed to injuries sustained in a dirt bike accident north of Thamesford.
THAMESFORD – Provincial Police say Tyson Gortva, 18, of Mount Brydges succummed to injuries sustained in dirt bike accident North of Thamesford Saturday before 12:54 in the afternoon.
In a media release, provincial police said the boy was thrown from his bike while, "attempting to maneuver a jump," on a private track off of Highway 19, South of Road 74.
The OPP said the teen was airlfted to a London hospital, where he died.
